Senior Programme Manager
 
6-Month Contract | Full-Time | Onsite
 
We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to support the delivery of a complex New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialisation programme within an advanced manufacturing environment.
Working across Technology, Engineering, Product Development and Manufacturing teams, you will establish clear programme visibility, manage dependencies and risks, and help drive the successful delivery of key business objectives within an accelerated development timeline.
 
The Senior Programme Manager will:

• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans across NPI and industrialisation activities.
• Coordinate deliverables across Technology, Product Development, Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
• Establish key milestones, critical paths, dependencies and decision points.
• Identify and manage programme risks, assumptions and delivery challenges.
• Provide scenario-based planning and analysis to support leadership decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure consistent programme execution.
• Deliver clear programme reporting, including progress updates, risks and mitigation plans.

 
The Senior Programme Manager will have:

• Significant programme management experience within automotive, advanced manufacturing, engineering or technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of NPI, APQP, industrialisation and product development processes.
• Experience creating and managing integrated programme plans and master schedules.
• The ability to translate complex technical activities into clear programme plans and executive-level updates.
• Strong risk management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams within fast-paced development environments.
