Gas Engineer - Service & Repair (Social Housing)
Location: North and West London
Salary/Rate: -45,000 - -50,000
Package: Van, fuel card, overtime, call-outs

Regen Solutions are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer with F-Gas certification to join our team, carrying out service, repair and maintenance work within social housing properties.
The role will include:

* Servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers
* Fault finding and diagnostics
* Servicing and repairing ASHPs (Air Source Heat Pumps)
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance
* Working safely and professionally in occupied social housing properties
* Completing relevant paperwork and job reports

Requirements:

* Full ACS qualifications
* F-Gas certification
* Experience servicing and repairing boilers
* Experience working with ASHPs / heat pumps
* Strong fault-finding skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Professional and customer-focused approach

Experience working within social housing would be highly desirable.
