In this role, you will support projects from feasibility and cost estimates through to tender, contract administration and completion. You will work closely with the wider team, preparing specifications, tender packs and tender analysis. With that, the ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying experience, strong communication skills, specification experience and knowledge of JCT contracts.
