What You Will Do as Principal Project Manager:

- Provide leadership and direction for hydropower projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery

- Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, and resources across multiple workstreams

- Lead multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental specialists

- Oversee site activities in live water environments, ensuring robust control of construction and commissioning risks

- Manage contracts using NEC and FIDIC forms, ensuring commercial and financial success

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regulators, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction levels

What You Will Bring as Principal Project Manager:

- Proven track record in managing hydropower or renewable energy projects

- Experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects

- Strong commercial and contractual management skills

- Demonstrable expertise in risk management and project controls

- SMSTS, SSSTS, or IOSH Managing Safely certification and excellent leadership abilities
