The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for technical issues across the organisation. You''ll provide support via phone, Teams, email, and in person, ensuring high levels of customer service and timely resolution of issues.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st line technical support and escalate when neededLog and manage tickets via ITSM systemMaintain and repair desktops, laptops, and IT equipmentManage IT assets and user accountsSupport Microsoft 365 applications and Intune MDM platformAssist with infrastructure projects and occasional travel to London officeSkills andamp; ExperienceKnowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS)Windows 11, Office 365, Firewalls, Disaster recoveryDesirable: PowerShell, Intune, Defender, Power BI, macOSAttributesStrong stakeholder management and multitasking skillsAbility to support users across multiple sites, including remote users
