You would be a pivitol member of the engineering team, and would report to the lead engineer.

You will:

• Innovate & Build: With a mixture of automation and manual machinery, mixers, ovens, robotic arms, wrappers - you will be the leading engineer to ensure these are maintained.
• Drive Reliability: Embed advanced maintenance strategies and use continuous improvement techniques to eliminate root-cause failures.
• Optimize Performance: Maintain and enhance manufacturing equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency.
• Lead with Excellence: Coordinate site engineering activities while upholding the highest H&S and Food Safety standards.

Maintenance Engineer with Electrical understanding (ideally an elec qualification or time served)

Qualifications

Engineering Qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or Equivilent)
