SF Partners are supporting an organisation in Witton B6 that are looking to recruit a temporary Receptionist. Working pattern: full time Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm Pay rate: £13 per hour Main duties and responsibilities: - Telephones: o Answering incoming telephone calls with due care and attention; o Routing calls to their recipient; o Screening calls; and o Taking messages. - Visitors: o Letting visitors onto site; o Meeting and greeting visitors; and o Ensuring that the relevant visitor protocols are followed. - Meeting Rooms: o Co-ordinating and managing the meeting rooms; and o Ensuring that the meeting room etiquette is followed. - Post: o Opening (where appropriate) and distributing incoming post; o Logging cheques that have been received; o Arranging courier collection; and o Franking out-going post and preparing to be collected. - Stationery: o Monitoring and replenishing the stationery supplies; and o Ordering business cards. - Purchase Invoices: o Printing off purchase invoices in a timely manner and then scanning and recording them into Nav; o Distributing the invoices to the relevant recipient for approval; and o Posting approved invoices into Nav. - To be part of the overall admin team ensuring that the department as a whole maintains the highest level of professionalism, integrity and service.
