We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Cambridge team to oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, controlling costs, mitigating risks, and maintaining stringent health and safety standards.Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completionManage contract administration, including negotiation, compliance, and documentationMonitor and control project costs, budgets, and financial risksImplement and uphold rigorous health and safety practices across all projectsMaintain quality standards, ensuring that all works meet company and client expectationsCollaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive project successProvide regular reports and updates to senior managementWhat We''re Looking For
