You''ll take ownership of a busy customer service operation, leading from the front to ensure high standards, strong team engagement, and continuous improvement across the function.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead, motivate, and develop a customer service team to achieve KPIs
-Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently
-Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
-Manage escalated customer issues with professionalism and care
-Work cross-functionally to improve the overall customer experience
-Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
-Provide performance insights and reporting to senior leadership

About You...
-Proven experience in a customer service leadership role
-Strong people management and coaching skills
-Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
-Comfortable working with KPIs, data, and performance metrics
-Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
