Alongside the management of a team of Bonus Coordinators in their day to day function, the role will deliver information reports that are timely and accurate, following robust quality assurance checks. The individual will also handle the competing expectations of key stakeholders throughout the wider business.THE ROLE: Responsible for processing, analysing and reporting on the current state of productivity and performance across individual areas of the business. Line Management responsibility for (up to 6) team members. Ensure accuracy of bonus and productivity related data output.Present clear reports that have been quality assured and adhere to all business critical timelines.Produce timely and robust MI reports that add value across all relevant sites. Respond to ad-hoc data requests in a timely manner using multiple data sources. Create and maintain all reports (inc. SMV updates from colleagues in PSD); modify said reports as business needs change. Troubleshoot and investigate reporting anomalies.
