Job Title: Senior Electronic Design EngineerLocation: St AlbansWorking Pattern: Dynamic (hybrid) working – typically 2 to 3 days per week on-site, due to workload classificationSecurity Clearance: British or a Dual UK with British citizenship.This global defence technology leader is at the forefront of developing advanced defence solutions. Take on all aspects of board-level electronic design, including schematic capture, prototyping, functional testing, and proving activities. Collaborate with other Electronic Engineering teams to ensure integration of electronics within the product.Apply development techniques such as circuit simulation and DFMEA to ensure robust electronics design.Support the product life cycle from feasibility through to production transfer, including industrial validation and quality assurance.Contribute to research and continuous improvement activities to enhance Electronic Engineering capability.What We’re Looking For

Undertake board level design around FPGA and SoC associated power and control circuitryConnect with advanced RF systems and broader missile sub-systemsDevelop electronic technical solutions in collaboration with other skill domainsEnsure robust electronics design using common development techniquesConduct proving activities to ensure compliance against requirementsWhat We Can Offer You
