We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Facilities Management team at a high-profile commercial building in Central London. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the electrical systems within the building are maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment, including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and BMS controls.

• Carry out fault finding and repairs on electrical systems and associated building services equipment.

• Ensure compliance with current regulations including BS7671 and IEE Wiring Regulations.

• Monitor and maintain electrical safety systems, including EICRs and PAT testing.

• Work alongside mechanical engineers and subcontractors to deliver a fully integrated FM service.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate maintenance records using CAFM systems.

• Support building operations and respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist in small electrical installation works and upgrades as required.

• Participate in emergency call-out rota (if applicable).
