The primary objective of this role is to ensure safety and positive outcomes for all children through the delivery of high-quality Targeted Early Help services.You will play a pivotal role in fulfilling our organisational vision and strategic priorities by overseeing and enhancing the performance and delivery of Targeted Early Help support for children and families across the Team. About the role As a Team Manager, you will lead and manage a team by overseeing staff development, performance management of Seniors and Early Help practitioners within Early Help. Your role will be key in effective service delivery by properly assessing, prioritising, and taking action on all casework to meet the needs of children and families.
