Support with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration. Complete accurate care documentation and daily records. Promote residents dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing. Assist with handovers and communicate effectively with colleagues, residents and families. Support junior care staff and provide guidance during shifts.
