Test and Verification Engineer (Embedded Systems)Location: Gloucester - On-site 3 Days per WeekSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)Note: All applicants must be able to work in the UK without VISA Sponsorship We are seeking an experienced Test and Verification Engineer to join a growing engineering team.This is a hybrid role based in Gloucester, with an expectation of on-site working three days per week.An ideal candidate will have at 5+ years of commercial experience across all aspects of validation and verification throughout the full product development lifecycle, with a strong technical background in testing embedded software on electronic systems.Key Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive verification test plans Prepared repeatable and reliable test cases aligned with system requirementsPerform embedded software testing, utilising automation where possibleConduct hands-on hardware testing using laboratory equipmentReview and refine requirements to ensure they are clear, measurable, and testableAnalyse test data and produce clear reports Required Experience: Expertise in defining and implementing VandV strategiesFormal software testing, including manual and automated test case developmentProven experience testing embedded systemsExperienced in the use of requirements management tools and processesAble to interpret of technical documentation, including electronic schematics and datasheetsAbility to operate laboratory instrumentation and test equipm
