You will lead the procurement of key Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) packages through competitive tender routes, managing the full procurement lifecycle from strategy development and market engagement through to contract award and ongoing supplier management.Key Responsibilities Lead and support procurement activities across the HRS02 MandE packages, working collaboratively with project, commercial, and engineering teams to align procurement strategy with programme requirements.Develop and issue ITT documentation, including pre-qualification questionnaires, instructions to tender, contract documentation, pricing schedules, and evaluation criteria.Manage competitive tender processes from market engagement and procurement strategy through to contract award.Structure, negotiate, and administer commercial and contractual terms under the NEC3 Contract Suite.Negotiate agreements that meet project safety, programme, and cost objectives.Manage supplier performance and relationships using company systems and processes.Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable legal frameworks, client governance requirements, and company procedures.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise value and ..... full job details .....
