(Fully Remote Role) Integrity Education Solutions are supporting the appointment of an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist National Online School delivering therapeutic education to children and young people with highly complex needs. This innovative provision supports pupils who are unable to access mainstream education due to neurodiversity, emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), trauma, and significant mental health challenges. The role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, remote speech and language therapy within a therapeutic, relationship-led education model. The Speech and Language Therapist will provide remote assessments and interventions to children and young people with complex communication needs. Working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical and education team, the post-holder will support pupils to engage in learning by addressing speech, language, communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction needs. Therapy is delivered individually and in small groups, using a nurturing, trauma-informed approach. The role also includes supporting staff and families by embedding speech and language strategies into the online learning environment and home context. Key Responsibilities Deliver specialist speech and language therapy assessments and interventions remotely Identify and support pupils with SLT needs, including those without EHCP-identified provision Conduct virtual observations within online learning env
