This is a varied position that would suit someone who enjoys administration, customer interaction and working closely with multiple departments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the commercial and account management teams.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through internal systems.Coordinate customer requests and ensure information is communicated effectively across departments.Support the introduction of new products and help ensure projects are delivered within agreed timescales.Maintain accurate customer, product and pricing information.Monitor stock availability and work closely with internal teams to support customer demand.Coordinate product samples and ensure they are tracked through relevant internal processes.Assist with meeting preparation, travel arrangements and general team administration.Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent support throughout the customer journey.About ..... full job details .....
