Fit Out Supervisor - Building Services City of London 67,500 + 5% Bonus 12-Month FTC Client-Side An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fit Out Supervisor to join the in-house engineering team at a prestigious, newly developed commercial property in the City of London. Working client-side within a high-profile Building Services environment, the Fit Out Supervisor will act as the landlord engineering representative during tenant fit-out projects. Tenants will manage their own fit-outs, while you will oversee the works from the landlord side, ensuring proposed installations, modifications and integrations remain compliant with building standards, safety procedures and the base-build infrastructure. This is a supervisory-level position with no direct reports, but you will need to be confident dealing with tenants, contractors, consultants, engineering teams and senior stakeholders throughout the fit-out process.
