SC Cleared - Support Analyst
The Role: Multiple positions have come available for SC Cleared Support Analysts to work with a Service Desk team, for one of our prestigious customers. The focus will be providing a top-class service as a first point of contact for anyone with IT related issues. Providing support between the hours of 8am till 6pm, Monday to Friday, with varying shift patterns. Duties include: Receiving and fulfilling requests within agreed SLAs with some potential to provide Incident Management support. Skills Required: Prior technical knowledge of providing 1st andamp; 2nd hardware and software support. Attitude and aptitude are as important as technical skills Excellent organisation and communication skills. Candidates must be able to work onsite in either Nottingham or Milton Keynes.
