Job Title: Sales Executive (Temp2perm) Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 Start date: ASAP Contract Length: Temp2perm We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on a temporary, ongoing contract within a Further Education Training provider. This role would be ideal for someone with a sales background, looking to utilise their skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Your role will be selling fully funded (free) training courses to individuals within the construction industry. Ideally the candidate would have knowledge of (Berkshire/Buckinghamshire) area as this is where targeting, but not essential. Key Responsibilities: Proactively call prospective individuals and companies to promote and sell training courses offered by the training provider. Engage with both individual learners and employers, discussing a wide range of training programmes across construction, green skills, healthcare, and employability sectors. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, driving business growth. Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Key Requirements: Previous experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
