Responsibilities:

• Advising on all aspects of wills, probate, estate administration and trusts.

Required experience:

• Solid knowledge in advising on all aspects of wills, probate, estate administration and trusts.
• Expertise in deputyship and court of protection work is advantageous but not essential.
• Managing your own caseload
• STEP accreditation
