This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of systems that underpin our operations across policy administration, claims, and document management. You will manage relationships with vendors and offshore partners, oversee incident and problem resolution, and work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to align technology delivery with strategic goals.
