We are looking for a dynamic legal professional who is deeply committed to client service excellence and relationship development. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality legal advice and solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.Role Profile
As a Legal Director you will be responsible for overseeing legal strategy, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing legal risk, and leading legal teams.Key Responsibilities
Providing premium legal expertise and carrying out high value complex workLeading the Group''s work in a specific legal practice areaTaking on a key management/leadership role for more junior fee earners including providing legal supervisionManage client expectations effectively on matters and ensures that client expectations are understood and met by the teamManaging the Group''s relationship with certain key clientsKnowledge, Skills and Experience
3+ years'' PQE within mortgage repossessionSkilled in managing complex litigation, including judicial reviews and public law proceedingsStrong written and verbal communication skills for legal drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagementAnalytical skills to assess legal risks and develop practical solutionsProven track record of managing legal teams and overseeing caseworkBenefits
