Experience We''re looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise transformation programme, helping to ensure the performance, scalability and operational readiness of critical cloud-based services.You''ll work closely with engineering, DevOps and QA teams to design and execute performance testing strategies, analyse system behaviour under load, and provide recommendations to improve application resilience and user experience. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and execute performance, load, stress and endurance tests across AWS-hosted applications.Create and maintain automated performance test scripts using JMeter and K6.Carry out Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) to ensure services are production-ready.Analyse test results, identify bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve performance issues.Monitor application and infrastructure performance using industry-standard monitoring tools.Produce detailed performance reports and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous quality improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
