Fire Risk Assessor

We are looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to conduct fire risk assessments, provide safety advice, produce reports, and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: To undertake Type 1 and Type 3 Fire risk assessments in residential properties Provide fire safety advice Complete assessment visits: gather evidence as required including photos Produce reports and risk assessments Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues Assist sales team as required Assess and identify hazards and potential risk Prepare detailed reports to show fire safety findings from assessments completed Follow current fire safety legislation and guidelines Keep up to date with changes in the guidelines and legislation Work alongside key stakeholders Produce fire safety action plans as require Take responsibility for your continuing professional development (CPD) Manage own diary; including requesting travel and accommodation as required Travel to client sites The successful candidate will: Fire Safety or Risk Assessment experience (Essential) Experience with Residential Premises Excellent attention to detail IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong report writing skills.
