Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Head of Marketing Operations (circa £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits) to join a thriving B2B business in Northamptonshire. The role is 5 days a week in the office, and the client is looking for a dynamic individual with strong performance and marketing operations experience in B2B lead generation. Responsibilities include: Manage the marketing budget and marketing plan to generate high-quality sales leads for the business, targeting 50,000 a year. Manage the email marketing programme. Manage template emails for the sales team. Manage the direct mail programme. Manage sector marketing, advertising and associated exhibitions. Manage digital advertising and PPC campaigns via an agency (70% of leads achieved through this channel). Manage the effectiveness of the website and app as organic lead generation tools and landing page for campaigns. Ensure campaigns are coordinated across channels and implement test and learn strategies. Understand the performance of each channel and initiative to report on the effectiveness of the marketing function. Producing data as required using the analytics platform. Work with the Head of Brand to produce content in line with the brand guidelines and tone of voice and to direct social media content.
