Solutions Manager - Capital Projects. Location: London/Manchester (UK travel required). Contract: Full time | Permanent | Hybrid. Work Hours: 40 hours per week. Mitie are recruiting for a Solutions Manager - Capital Projects to play a key role in transforming how we deliver projects across the UK. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where your expertise will drive innovation, unlock value, and influence strategic growth. From supporting high-impact bids to developing tailored solutions for new and existing clients, your work will directly contribute to Mitiefs continued success in the built environment.Responsibilities

Lead the development of client-focused project solutions across bids, tenders, and existing FM accounts.Act as a subject matter expert, shaping winning strategies and integrating innovation into proposals.Collaborate with bid teams, project directors, and our Centre of Excellence to resolve delivery challenges and enhance value.Identify growth opportunities, track pipeline progress, and support the strategic expansion of Mitiefs Project Professional Services offering.Qualifications / What we are looking for

Experience in leading on the creation of solutions, account management with business development within capital project delivery or consultancy.Strong technical background in construction or infrastructure, with experience on projects of varied sizes.Proven ability to shape project solutions for bids and tenders, working across multi-disciplinary teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.Eligible for or willing to undergo Central Government Security Clearance (SC).
