This is a hands-on role supporting the manufacture of precision components. You will be operating machinery, and ensuring production runs safely, smoothly, and to a high quality standard. What You ll Be Doing • Setting and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC turning machines in a safe, organised and compliant manner • Producing precision components to engineering drawings and customer specifications • Installing workpieces, fixtures and cutting tools • Setting tooling, establishing machine datums and manufacturing soft jaws • Selecting and adjusting machine parameters, speeds and feeds • Carrying out in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment • Producing components accurately to the required tolerances • Troubleshooting tooling, programming and machining issues • Optimising cycle times while maintaining quality and safety standards • Completing setup sheets, tool lists, inspection ..... full job details .....
