You will primarily be supporting pre-verbal students, helping them develop communication, regulate their sensory needs and engage with learning.Key DetailsLocation: HatfieldPay: 14.20 - 15.00 per hour, depending on experienceHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pmContract: Temporary/ad-hoc work available, with temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidateStart: ASAPResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small-group support to children with autism and additional needsSupport pre-verbal and non-verbal learners with communication and engagementHelp children manage sensory processing needs and emotional regulationAssist with classroom activities and individual learning programmesUse a calm, patient and consistent approach when supporting children who may display challenging or distressed behavioursFollow individual education, behaviour and care plansProvide personal and intimate care where requiredWork closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to ensure pupils receive consistent supportRequirementsRight ..... full job details .....
