Eeze . The TA Partner reports to the TA Lead and will be part of a team of six, assisting with all recruitment needs for Eeze on a global scale. Eeze operates a hybrid model, with in-office work 3 days a week in Hammersmith.
Key Responsibilities
Screen candidates and gauge both technical and cultural fit, and understand candidate motivation
Manage job postings on TeamTailor (ATS); headhunt for additional candidates where necessary
Brainstorm with the HR team and Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies
Work in an ambiguous environment—make fast, informed decisions when information is incomplete
Work independently and autonomously while partnering with the HR team and stakeholders
Inform on market insights to help shape and drive recruitment strategy
Collaborate with hiring managers to reduce time to hire
Your Experience
3+ years of corporate (in-house) end-to-end recruiting
Partnering with senior leadership, hiring managers, and all stakeholders of Tech to drive deliverables for the recruitment team
Recruiting technical talent for roles at all levels
Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods including social media
Boolean search expertise, job board sourcing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other sourcing tools
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Experience with TeamTailor or any other in-house recruitment CRM is ideal
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
