This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable paralegal with solid experience in Private Client work and the confidence to support or undertake fee-earning responsibilities.Day-to-day responsibilities:Assist with and/or manage a caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, LPAs, estate administration, and Trust work.Draft Wills, LPA documents, probate forms, and correspondence with minimal supervision.Liaise directly with clients, executors, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and external professionals.Conduct legal research, prepare documentation, and support the team with more complex matters where required.Maintain accurate and compliant case files using the firm''s case management system.Provide exceptional client care with a sensitive, professional, and empathetic approach.Required Skills and Experience:Previous experience within a Private Client department (Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar).Ability to handle matters independently or with light supervision (fee-earning experience highly beneficial).Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail.Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.Professional, confident communicator ..... full job details .....
