Multi-Skilled Technician – Temporary (2-3 Weeks)

£19-£21/hr DOE

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician for a short-term, 2-week assignment on a refurbishment project. You’ll carry out a range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to support project delivery and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out multi-trade works including repairs, installations, and finishing tasks.
- Support refurbishment works across plumbing, carpentry, basic electrics, and decorating.
- Ensure all work meets project deadlines, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of the project team.
- Accurately record work completed and report any issues promptly.

About You

- Proven experience in a multi-trade role, ideally within refurbishment projects.
- Skilled in at least two core trades.
- DBS check – essential.
- Asbestos Awareness – advantageous, client will put through if needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service approach.
