This growing engineering company specialises in the design and development of complex industrial equipment. With exciting expansion plans, they''re looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to take technical ownership of challenging projects.

In this role, you will take the technical lead on mechanical design, specialising in high pressure vessels and associated equipment. You will carry out SolidWorks design and FEA, approve engineering calculations and work directly alongside fabrication and testing teams to bring innovative designs into reality.

This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer with pressure vessel design experience, looking for a technically challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a genuine impact within an ambitious, growing business.

The Role:

• Lead mechanical design of high pressure vessels and specialist equipment
• SolidWorks, FEA and technical design approval
• Work directly with fabrication and testing teams
• Monday to Friday, site based with flexible hours

The Person:

• Mechanical Engineering background with high pressure vessel design experience
• Strong understanding of pressure vessel design standards and regulations
• SolidWorks and FEA experience
• Commutable to Stonehouse or willing to relocate
