HR Administrator
Working at our clients'' office, you will support the HR team. This role would suit someone who is looking to move into an HR role and keen to progress and develop their skills. HR AdministrationMaintain and update employee records (HRIS systems, personnel files)Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentationManage the onboarding and offboarding processEnsure all employee documentation is compliant with legal requirementsRecruitment SupportCoordinate job postings across platformsSchedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managersSupport onboarding administration for new hiresEmployee SupportAct as the first point of contact for HR-related queriesProvide information on company policies, procedures, and benefitsAssist with employee lifecycle processes (probation reviews, contract changes, etc.)Payroll and Benefits AdministrationSupport payroll processing (e.g., timesheets, absence data, changes)Maintain benefit records and liaise with providersEnsure accurate reporting of employee data for payroll deadlinesCompliance and ReportingEnsure compliance with employment law and internal policiesAssist with HR audits and reporting requirementsProduce HR reports and metrics (e.g., absence, turnover)General DutiesMaintain confidentiality of employee information at all timesSupport HR projects and initiatives as requiredContribute to continuous improvement of HR processesSkills and ExperiencePrevious administrative experience, ideally within HRStro
