Our client is a highly complex, asset-intensive industrial organisation operating across a diverse network of production facilities, infrastructure assets, utilities and critical operational systems. As part of a broader transformation journey, they are seeking an exceptional engineering leader to help shape the future engineering model of the organisation and create greater consistency, reliability and functional excellence across the platform. Operating as a key member of the senior leadership team, this is a broad and influential position spanning engineering strategy, infrastructure, reliability, asset performance, continuous improvement and capital investment. The successful candidate will lead central engineering and continuous improvement activities whilst helping to create a more integrated and coordinated engineering function across a complex multi-site environment. The role will take on more responsibility over time. Success in the role will depend as much on building credibility and relationships as it will on technical expertise.
