Architectural Technologist — Bolton

A respected, award-winning multidisciplinary practice in Bolton is seeking an Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of projects across multiple sectors : Education, healthcare, leisure, culture, commercial, industrial and heritage sectors. You’ll work closely with architects, structural engineers and quantity surveyors as part of an integrated technical team.

You’ll help produce and coordinate high-quality technical information from early design stages through to construction, ensuring compliance, accuracy and buildability across a varied project portfolio.

• Technical drawings, details, specifications and schedules.

• Project development from concept to completion.

• Coordinated technical information for multidisciplinary teams.

• Compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards.

• Site visits and support with technical issue resolution.

• Liaison with clients, contractors and consultants.

• Planning and building regulations submissions.

• Qualification in Architectural Technology (Degree/HNC/HND).

• Strong technical experience within an architectural or construction environment.

• Solid understanding of UK construction methods and regulations.

• Skilled in Revit and technical drawing production.

• Detail-driven, organised and confident working independently and within a team.

• CIAT membership or working towards accreditation (advantageous).

• £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience.
