We are seeking a highly capable HR Business Change Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic HR transformation projects across our clients organisation. This is a key role focused on driving cultural, structural, and operational change to support our evolving people strategy and business objectives. You''ll be at the heart of transformational programmes, partnering with senior stakeholders, HR teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth, people-focused change that delivers long-term value. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of HR change projects - from planning and design to execution and post-implementation review. Develop and implement change management strategies to support organisational, behavioural, and cultural change. Reviewing and supporting with Policies, Rewards and onboarding Engage and influence senior stakeholders, HR business partners, and employees to embed change effectively. Ensure alignment between business goals and HR transformation initiatives. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource plans for successful project delivery. Champion best practices in change management, communication, and engagement. Track and measure success of the integration, planning change to timeframe
