About the Role As Finance Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the College''s finance function, including: Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable Overseeing payroll and pension administration Producing cash flow forecasts, reconciliations and management information Supporting budgeting, financial planning and annual audit processes Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Developing and improving financial systems, controls and processes Line managing the Finance Assistant and providing support across the wider organisation This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to colleagues from a range of backgrounds.
