One of our Large Financial services clients is currently looking for an experienced Business Project Manager to join their team

DPX is the new global tool to assess deal & client profitability, currently implementing

The Project Manager will provide relevant expertise to assume responsibilities for the EMEA region and support the Global Project Manager
Responsible for implementing the project into the EMEA region for the benefit of EMEA users, driving and delivering the required change benefits and goals to the required quality standards, within the specified timeframe and to the agreed budget with minimal impact on the business.
Ensures that the project has the appropriate governance, transparency and oversight.

* Transformation & Change Management Group (TCMG) provides enterprise professional project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) resource and expertise to the organisation. It was established as an independent, centralized business function operating at a strategic level to provide enterprise-wide oversight and management of change.
* It has implemented a standard enterprise-wide project framework including tools, templates and standardized processes.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for managing the project lifecycle activities associated with delivering complex projects medium-term in length, impact multiple departments or offices and are medium to high in risk, scope and complexity.
project lifecycle and budget in line with EMEA''s Project Management Methodology,
* Plan and drive completion of all project artefacts including the business case, regulatory requirements, project roadmap, budget, testing, deliverables implementation and handover into business as usual
* Communicate regularly to stakeholders, including senior Front Office management
* Identify and then judge when to escalate risks and issues and their associated mitigation plans

Project delivery; recognised, project management qualification experience, such as PMP, APM or Prince2
Prior experience of successfully delivering projects within financial services must be demonstrable, as must be a detailed understanding of UAT cycles and implementation plans
General financial services, markets and banking activities and the surrounding regulatory frameworks is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to lead and motivate,, gain stakeholder, peer & organisational buy-in, anticipate and resolve conflict
Requires collaboration across EMEA, APAC & Americas regions
Proven experience in credit / lending processes and products and knowledge of Return-on-Equity or loan profitability calculation
Familiarity with accounting rules, incl. loss provisioning, and an understanding of the Basel risk capital framework
Sound understanding of Corporate Banking and Sales & Trading (Global Markets) activities
