Customer Service SpecialistTemporary Ongoing Assignment with Potential to Become Permanent Location: Office-Based (Hybrid Working Available After 3 Months) Reporting to: Global Customer Excellence ManagerThe OpportunityWe are recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join a busy and fast-paced customer operations team on a temporary ongoing basis, with the potential to become a permanent employee. This role sits at the heart of the business and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing customer orders, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering exceptional service throughout the order lifecycle.Working closely with customers, sales teams, project teams, finance, and international colleagues, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt through to delivery and invoicing.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end sales order process, including project orders, from receipt through to completion.Process customer orders accurately and within agreed service level targets.Liaise with Regional Sales Managers regarding order preparation, entry, amendments, and ongoing order management.Provide customers with regular updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any related queries.Work closely with internal technical teams and international colleagues to resolve product and order-related enquiries.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure customer delivery expectations are achieved.Generate and ..... full job details .....
