Are you an experienced BMS Project Manager looking for complete project autonomy and a clear route into senior leadership? This company is planning its next generation of management and wants someone ambitious who can make an immediate impact. For the right person, there is genuine potential to progress into senior management and eventually succeed an existing director.

As a BMS Project Manager, you will join a company with its own design, manufacturing, electrical installation and commissioning teams, giving you the internal resources and freedom to run projects effectively.

Your Role As Project Manager Will Include:

• Taking complete ownership of BMS projects from internal sales handover through to completion
• Managing multiple projects valued at approximately -1 million across London
• Overseeing programmes, budgets, subcontractors and relationships with major contractors
• Producing progress reports, look-ahead forecasts and BMS works programmes

As A Project Manager You Will Need:

• Previous experience managing complete BMS or Controls projects
• A technical background within BMS controls or associated electrical installations
• Experience managing subcontractors, project programmes and commercial requirements
• The confidence and communication skills to work autonomously with high-profile clients
