This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful work within Scotland''s justice system.You will be involved in:Designing and conducting in-depth qualitative interviews.Analysing qualitative data and summarising key findings.Writing project reports and literature reviews.Identifying and scheduling interview participants.Presenting findings to senior stakeholders through written and oral briefings.Providing ad hoc research support as required.Essential CriteriaUndergraduate degree or equivalent experience.Postgraduate qualification in research or equivalent research experience.Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and analysing qualitative research projects.Strong independent analytical skills and judgement.Desirable Criteria3+ years of research experience or a postgraduate degree in a social research discipline.Knowledge of or experience with the Scottish criminal justice system.Experience interviewing high-status respondents.Experience researching sexual offences.
