CNX Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Labourer to join a busy school project on behalf of our client.

This is an ongoing offering an immediate opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to support the site team with general labouring duties and assist with the day-to-day running of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general labouring duties across a busy site.
• Assist site management and tradespeople as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the site.
• Clear site waste, debris and surplus materials.
• Assist with loading, unloading and moving building materials.
• Help maintain safe access routes and walkways.
• Support deliveries and material distribution around site.
• Assist with general site preparation and housekeeping.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as instructed by site management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Site Labourer within construction.
• Valid CSCS Card
• PVG Clearance is a must
• Good understanding of construction site health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a site team.
• Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties.
• Full PPE required.

Contract Details:

• Ongoing contract.
• Immediate start available.
• Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience.
