Job Introduction Phoenix House is a newly refurbished Edwardian property providing a high quality therapeutic living environment for adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities and probable mental health needs. The service supports five residents on their recovery journey, many of whom may have experienced trauma or have current or historic involvement with the criminal justice system. Our aim is to help residents rebuild stability, improve wellbeing, develop independence, and progress safely toward independent living within 18-24 months.
