Interim IT Director - Manufacturing - is required by fast growing and highly successful organisation. Hybrid role based in Gloucester 2 - 3 days per week. You will assess their current IT estate and their key projects. You will identify key problems as well as opportunities for quick wins and longer term progress. Critically you would then need to own actions and manage a technical change programme through to completion. You must be prepared to roll sleeves up and get stuck in. Key skills needed: Must be dynamic and proactive and a "doer" Experience in a manufacturing environment ERP, CRM and Ecommerce experience Vendor/ partner management experience Strategic/ consultative skills to tease out the key issues Strong relationship and influencing skills (to handle the business and IT) Strong Leadership skills / gravitas Excellent communicator International experience Line mgt and budget experience Core infrastructure / application development management experience Based Gloucester 2 - 3 days per week 6 month rolling contract (Apply online only) per day OUTSIDE IR35
