As part of a dynamic and highly skilled team, you''ll play a key role in delivering impactful low-carbon solutions, supporting the full cycle from early client engagement through to execution and delivery - no requirement to win work, just focus on delivering exceptional outcomes. You''ll be joining an established and growing team of 4 energy assessors which are responsible for completing energy assessments across the UK for a variety of buldings (e.g., distribution centres, retail outlets, multiuse developments, residential estates, commercial offices etc).Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver complex energy assessments across a wide range of sectors.Produce Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) at a professional level.Conduct advanced building modelling using IES-VE or DesignBuilder for Net Zero Carbon reporting.Deliver residential carbon modelling and SAP calculations.Lead or contribute to BREEAM and BREEAM AP proposals and tenders.Conduct embodied and operational carbon LCA using OneClickLCA.Prepare sustainability and energy strategy reports for planning and compliance.Deliver feasibility studies for renewable installations (e.g., solar, LED, fabric).Act as a key advisor to internal PMs, QSs, and Surveyo
