We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and analytical individual to join our team as a Junior Merchandising and Stock Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in merchandising, retail analytics or demand planning. You will play an important role in supporting the merchandising team through data analysis, reporting and stock management, helping the business make informed decisions to maximise sales, improve stock availability and achieve commercial targets. Working closely with the Merchandising and Commercial team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate reports, analysing sales and stock performance, monitoring key business metrics and identifying trends or potential issues. You will use data to support day-to-day trading decisions, providing valuable insights into stock levels, product performance and sales trends across multiple channels, including eCommerce, online marketplaces and wholesale. The ideal candidate will be numerically confident, detail-oriented and comfortable working with large data sets. You will have strong Excel skills, a curious mindset and a keen interest in understanding how data can drive business performance.
