Weare looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to joinour dynamic team in Bristol. Do you want to be involved in an exciting range of projects across multiple different sectors?As Senior Building Surveyor you will plan and manage project resources, prepare, and oversee designs / reports, and have day-to-day control of internal costs and fee invoices. Thisis an exciting opportunity to mentor junior staff, guiding them in theirtechnical development and helping to shape the next generation ofprofessionals. In this position, you will engage directly with clients andother key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships that drive projectsuccess. Expect to contribute to a diverse array of projects in Bristol and theSouth West region, including a prestigious flagship heritage scheme thatshowcases your expertise.Joining a supportive network as part of a national team, you can expect to receive valuable training, guidance and genuine scope for career development.Running large and/or complex projects, monitoring progress and expenditure, and planning and managing project resources.Undertaking surveys in accordance with the firms procedures.Monitoring day to day programming and planning.Assisting with planning and managing project resources including technical development of junior staff.About You

Our ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have:
