This is a total hybrid role which requires a self starter looking to oversee, high end housing projects within 100 miles of Hertfordshire. As Contract Manager is responsible for the efficient, high-quality, and profitable delivery of commercial grounds maintenance services across a designated portfolio of sites. This pivotal role involves leading and developing site teams, cultivating exceptional client relationships, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, and leveraging digital tools to optimise operational efficiency.
